PLEASE NOTE: THE TIME STATED ON YOUR TICKET IS THE SESSION START TIME, BUT YOU CAN ARRIVE AT ANY TIME DURING THE OPENING HOURS ON YOUR CHOSEN DATE.

ESSENTIAL COMPANIONS AND RIDE ACCESS PASS:
For all customers booking Essential Companions and/or Ride Access passes, please ensure you check the full list of required documents for each ticket type on this link. Please note that the requirements for Essential Companions tickets differ to those for a Ride Access pass, and you must upload the correct documentation at the time of booking.

AUTISM FRIENDLY SESSIONS:
Autism Friendly sessions for 2025/26 Carnival will take place from 11am-2pm on Sunday 28 December, and from 4pm-9pm on Monday 5 January, offering visitors with autism and sensory processing differences the chance to enjoy the rides and to get used to their environment.

Some of the rides will be slower, flashing lights where possible are turned off (please note some rides are unable to adjust the speed & lighting settings on their machines). Music will be off or turned down low, and numbers will be capped so that there are less crowds, however these sessions can still be popular.
