Bugeye is a fierce, female-fronted disco-punk band from Croydon, England, known for their high-energy live shows and blend of gritty guitars, disco beats, and socially conscious lyrics. Formed by Angela Martin (vocals, guitar) and Paula Snow (bass), the band gained early recognition in the late '90s and re-emerged in the 2010s to receive acclaim from BBC 6 Music and other outlets, eventually releasing their debut album Ready Steady Bang in 2020 with Reckless Yes.
